Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring high standards of service delivery, query resolution & documentation within specified time limits:
-
Ensure regular communication with the customers thereby providing a unique post-sale experience:
-
Handling the Financial and Technical queries of the customers and getting the same resolved in coordination with the respective departments:
-
Ensuring that the customer's data is up to date in the ERP system
:
-
Ensure complete and comprehensive documentation of all customer related records:
-
Completing formalities related to agreement and paymentdisbursement.
Verifying and executing agreements for registration:
-
Send demand letters and ensure collection of dues.
Ensuring that the monthly collection targets are met to match the projected cash flows:
-
To stay updated with the current status of the project:
-
Possess sound knowledge about the registration process, applicable laws and updates in Taxation policy (GST/Service Tax):
-
Handling escalations, irate customers, delayed payments, follow-ups and providing project-related information to the customer as required

Ensuring mailers/payment reminders/project updates are sent to the customers in a timely manner
:

Issue receipts, interest letters and manage all post-sales documentation:

Provide clients with loan documentation as required:
-
Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers and suggest new methods to address their need:

Responsible for making MIS reporting for the Sales Head and Management:
-
Try to generate referrals from existing customers:
-
Ensure promptness in handling customer issues and complaints
-
Graduate/Post-Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM:
-
Prior real estate experience is a must:
-
Experience of working on IN4 Velocity would be an advantage:
-
Advanced computer knowledge (M.S. Excel / PowerPoint / Word):
-
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Sangareddy , Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
