Description
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic back-office executive to join our growing team.

As an office executive, you will be performing duties that can vary between Front Office and Back Office; and assisting with various administrative duties.

This includes data management, handling processing, market research, handling brand positions online, documentation, and administrative duties.


Responsibilities:


  • Performing market research.
  • Gathering and processing research data.
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, and ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with the sales through telecalling and scheduling new meetings.
  • Lead generation and online brand activities.
  • Processing company receipts, quotations, invoices, and bills.
  • Assisting and supporting management processes.

Requirements:


  • Business administration or similar field knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and social media tools.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Highlevel written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques.

Job Location:
Naroda, Ahmedabad (office presence required, can be hybrid sometimes)
