Mandatory skills

- Conduct HR round interviews thoroughly
- Introduce new hires to the company and hand hold them through all process
- Following up on the interview process status with respective dept.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved with TAT defined
Job Requirements
Good to have
- Knowledge of labour law
- Knowledge of compensation would be an added advantage
- Preparing & updation of JD's in consultation with internal customers
- Knowledge of job fairs being conducted across industries
