Job Description:

a) Ensuring good Conversion ratio from Leads

b) Achieve monthly Targets assigned by the manger

c) Having Good Rape building skills with customers

d) Ready to work under Pressure and off office hours

e) Making Deals with good margin Protection

f) TAT to be maintained at 3hr from the assigned time

g) Call Answer Ratio has to be at or over 80%

h) 1st level escalation handling with customer or resort owner.

i) Strong follow up skills on Payments.

j) 1st level escalation handling with customer or resort owner.

k) Daily sale report sharing to TL / Manager on daily basis.
