    Responsibilities:

    • Engage in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
    • Should be able to delve into UI code mobile or portal, analyze code in backend services (Node JS, Python or any such app programming languages)
    • Create DT synthetics, SPLUNK based monitoring, Tealeaf monitors and reports, advanced SPLUNK querying.
    • Delve into technical issues impacting databases, caching, infrastructure, and applications and arrive at solutions.
    • On demand reporting
    • Adhoc on demand support when needed on managed incidents.
    • Scripting data fixes, automating job runs.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • 10+ year of overall experience. Strong hands-on experience in application development and coding.
    • Experience in Production Support,Java, Spring boot, SQL, monitoring tools, AWS.
    • College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
    • Hands on experience with most of the following technologies:
      • React / React Native / Angular and Java
      • Mongo DB,
      • Node JS
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google App Engine, or Heroku)
    • Experience with Application Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace etc)
    • Strong experience with enterprise security Including IAM Roles & Policies, Auth0 / Okta, Encryption, API Gateways, Firewalls, Private Cloud)
    • Proven experience with coding and supporting enterprise application solutions.
    • Strong technical and analytical skills
    • Demonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest rectification options.

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers
    • Demonstrated experience in coding, technical analysis.
    • Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based architecture usage in complex applications
    • Strong analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to solve problems.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
    • Have a quality mindset, not just code quality but also to ensure ongoing application/data quality by monitoring data to identify problems before they have business impact
