Telecallers Executive

Salary:
INR 11K-22K


  • Freshers: between 11k15k
  • Experience: upto 22k

Qualification:
Min 12th pass

Any other designation like TL/ ARO/ AM/ Manager can apply

Hike on last salary ( Need with team)

Job summary:

We are looking for the telecaller executives who can contact potential or existing customers for a personal loan requirement.

Answer questions about services or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.


Role & responsibilities:

  • Convincing the clients to take loans
  • Inform them about the policies and benefits related to the personal loan.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the loan.

Requirement:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Verbal & written communication
  • Convincing skills
  • Experience in Personal loan & Overdraft

Shift:
General shift

Working: 6 days


Job Types:

Salary:
₹11, ₹22,000.00 per month
