Roles and Responsibilities:


  • The role of the marketing manager will be to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Responsible to handle marketing team proper and make sure productivity can be done properly and actively.
  • Sales skill with go better attitude Must have 2 to 3 years experience in core marketing in Real Estate.
  • To prepare Sales budgets, obtain approval from the management and work on marketing promotion strategies for various market segments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive manner, Project management skills with good planning and organizational abilities, including excellent time management skills.
  • Marketing managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing on.
  • Supervision of all marketing activities
  • Ensure that staff are working properly, cross check n random basis occasionallyGeneration of various marketing reports
  • Supervision of hoarding boards.
  • Coordinate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
  • Understanding and delivering all the content, communication requirement of business including mailers, banners, blogs, white papers, brochures etc.
  • We re looking for a person who's capable of content writing, can talk fluently in English, good personality, efficient and honest.
  • Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
