Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in planning events
  • Assisting in documentation
  • Assisting in managing bills
  • Assisting in maintaining record of expenses
  • Assisting in managing vendors
  • Assisting in managing housekeeping
  • Assisting in keeping records of stock (onboarding gifts, laptop bags etc)
  • Assisting in keeping records of fixed assets
  • Assisting in gathering vendor information for events
  • Performing other work as assigned by the HR team and Executive head
  • Assisting with general office tasks, such as filing, and organizing documents
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases, and other administrative systems
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Coordinating and arranging travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
  • Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant materials
  • Supporting the HR team in managing office supplies and inventory
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
