Virtual Relationship Officer (Outbound Sales/Customer service)

Job Location:


  • Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
  • Perungudi Chennai

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Must have minimum 1year experience into Banking / NBFC (Sales/ customer service)
  • Graduation must
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
  • Age limit up to 32 years

Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent communication skills with, good comprehension & negotiation skills
  • Computer/ internet navigation skills & Situational Handling.
  • Good _written and verbal communication skills in (English)._
  • Experience working with Digital sales platform.
  • Experience working with BFSI/NBFC related products.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Product knowledge Time management skills.
  • Customer focused attitude and the capacity to adjust and to handle various personalities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Ability to do multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Track record of over achieving given Target.
