We are looking for UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India, and to be part of our growth story.


  • Graphic Design Proficiency: Strong skills in graphic design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts that align with the company's branding and design guidelines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in refining designs, ensuring consistency, and paying attention to the finer aspects of typography, color, and layout.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to understand and interpret the instructions provided by UX colleagues and to explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Capability to work collaboratively within a team, take feedback constructively, and adapt designs based on input from multiple sources.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to find creative solutions to design challenges and to address potential issues that might arise during the design process.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage workloads, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and userfriendly.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends, tools, and techniques to keep designs fresh and contemporary.
  • Brand Awareness: Ability to create designs that are consistent with the company's brand identity and design guidelines.
  • Typography Skills: Understanding of typography principles and the ability to choose and pair fonts effectively.
  • Visual Storytelling: Skill in conveying messages and ideas through visuals and illustrations.
  • Problemsolving: Ability to analyze design challenges and find creative solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.
  • Mockup Creation: Proficiency in creating accurate and visually appealing mockups that showcase design concepts in a realistic context.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage design assets, files, and projectrelated documentation.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Commitment to following design guidelines and maintaining brand consistency while injecting creativity.
  • Critique and Feedback: Openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback to improve design quality.
  • Color Theory: Understanding of color theory and the ability to choose color schemes that evoke the desired emotions and reflect the brand's personality.
  • Illustration Skills: Proficiency in creating custom illustrations or graphics that enhance the design.
