1.Outbound Calls:
Initiating calls to existing or potential customers.
Customer Outreach:
Introducing products/services and promoting offers.
Lead Generation:
Identifying potential customers and collecting their details.
Product/Service Information:
Providing details like features, pricing, etc.
Handling Inbound Calls:
Addressing customer queries and providing assistance.
Appointment Scheduling:
Arranging meetings between clients and representatives.
Data Management:
Updating customer databases and maintaining call logs.
Follow-Up:
Ensuring customer satisfaction, gathering feedback.
Meeting Targets:
Achieving specific call quotas or lead generation goals.
Script Adherence:
Following predefined conversation scripts for consistency.
Handling Objections:
Addressing customer concerns or objections effectively.
Compliance:
Adhering to regulations regarding data protection and telemarketing.
Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
