In this role, you will:


  • Play a critical role in transforming the resiliency of the businesses and functions by evaluating capabilities, identifying weaknesses, and providing guidance on potential improvements.
  • Perform control assurance, issue remediation, and inquiry management across technology resiliency and disaster recovery.
  • Execute and review control assurance tests
  • Test of Design/Test of Performance,
  • Review and work with control/process owners to ensure control procedures are in alignment with firmwide and departmental policy.
  • Work closely with control owners, as well as technology risk partners, across all lines of defense.
  • Communicate and lead detailed questionandanswer sessions with control owners, process owners, and other control teams as well as produce written documentation such as procedures.
  • Use data analytical approaches to do gap analysis, present data, and recommended control and process improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate resiliency policy updates, policy adherence, gap remediation, plans, and track exceptions through closure.
  • Engage with business leaders to ensure awareness of deficits in existing resiliency plans and capabilities and the improvements required.
  • Coordinate the participation of leadership and line of business resiliency and disaster recovery process, risk, and control communications.
  • Facilitating meetings using various collaboration tools (MS Teams, Jira, SharePoint, etc.)

Required Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of technology audit or risk experience
  • 4+ years of technology experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology risks related to business risk, resiliency and or disaster recovery.
  • Solid analytical skills including analyzing complex data

Desired Qualifications:


  • Preferred fourplus years at Big 4 or other financial organization working with technology risk or audit.
  • Experience delivering results in a fastpaced, highly regulated, deadline driven environment.
  • Results orientation with proven ability to work with others to implement creative out of the box solutions.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business partners to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Experience managing small to medium sized technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Experience working with a large global organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Job Expectations:


  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours (as required)
  • Willingness to work onsite at stated location in a Hybrid flex model
