Job Description:

Work:

Recieve all phone calls and explain the company's products/services.
Maintaining master data in MS-EXCEL for all enquiries through different platforms like Direct calls, Instagram,whatsapp, Web, etc.
Maintain all follow up calls and data entry in master data.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of essential phone systems and computer programs (such as CRM software).
MS Excel
Excellent verbal communication.
Excellent Phone call disciplines.
Ability to tolerate customer rejection.
Excellent communication, research, and recordkeeping skills.
Capability of accepting criticism without taking it personally.

Job Type:

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month

Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
