THE ROLE:
UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX designer, you will be working closely with all the stakeholders to create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business
• Use various ideation methods like brainstorming, interviews, focus groups to solve the user's needs to add value to the
• Explore various design approaches to solve specific user
• Conduct user research, create user personas, conduct customer and competitor
• Define user task flows and interaction
• Use wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to illustrate and present design
• Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the UI
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the
• Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cuttingedge
• Perform metrics analysis postlaunch to inform design/UX optimization efforts
• Optimize UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and usercenteredness.
• Troubleshoot any UX
• Conduct regular research on user experience and support any presales engagements that comes your
• Stay up to date with all of the industry's trends and best

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Certifications in Interaction Design, Computer Science or any other related
• Prior experience of 4+ years with UX/UI design with a strong portfolio to show previous work.
• Great visual design, time management and multitasking
• Good understanding and Knowledge of UI frameworks and Frontend technologies.
• Good problemsolving ability with attention to
• Strong Knowledge in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and
• Handson in using the various visual design and wireframing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
