• Qualification Experience Matter.
• Knowledge of MS-excel and auto-cad.(Optional)
• Supervision of the ongoing civil, interior, MEP work and finishing activities.
• Check the quality of all material received on site.
• Co-ordination with subcontractors, vendors & laborers.
• Co-ordination between different agencies for smooth working.
• Arrange the next day work In advance.
• Get the maximum output from labor.
• Maintain the cleanliness of site and prepare daily reports, department labor bill.
• Taking measurement, project schedule.
• Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline.
• Coordinate with the labor and sub-contractors.
• Understand material requirements and place the orders of the same with the office.
• Ensure timely completion of projects.
