Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through targeted outreach and referrals
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
Work closely with the admissions team to help convert leads into sales
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions
Deliver product demonstrations and information
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degrree
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident and persuasive personality
Experience in admission counseling is a plus
Experience in selling to working professionals is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of the education technology industry is an added advantage
