About the role:


Technical Operational Role:
Maintain and Manage operations of State Datacenter along with all insfrastructure like BMS, Facilities Systems including PAC and UPS,Transformer, Electrical Panel, HVAC, RO & DG Set etc


About you:


  • Major and Critical Incident/Ticket management in respect to BMS System, Transfrmer, DG Set, Electrical Panel and HVAC Cooling System.
  • Internal/External Audit Support.
  • Generate and Maintain Reports/ Logs and Records for further submission.
  • Liaisoning with vendor and for earliest rectification of faults to meet SLA.
  • Routine Backup of CCTV and maintain the logs.
  • Intigration/configuration of devices installed in GSDC like Access System, CCTV, FSS, UPS,Elect Panel & DG Set/ Energy Meters etc.
  • Should be able to handle the Incidents/Problems during shift duties.
  • Proper communication skills.
Documentation and Reporting for GSDC devices and routine activities.


Additional information:


  • Effective handling of Customer/User/Technical Escalations
  • Ensure Service Delivery and availability as per agreed SLA.Primary troubleshoot incidents, problem & provide proper RCA for all incidents
Root cause analysis and Preventive maintenance

  • Participate in Change management, assess Risk and Impact and implementation planSupporting Organization in operations to avoid penalties.
Supporting Organization on adhearing to ISO process

  • Adhere and ensure team adhere to all the policy and processes defined in client location
