Position Overview:

As a Manual Soldering and PCB Assembly Technician at Tescom, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and manufacturing process of electronic components.

Your attention to detail and precision in manual soldering and PCB assembly will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual soldering of electronic components onto PCBs following industry standards and best practices.
• Assemble PCBs and electronic devices according to provided schematics and assembly instructions.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of solder joints, components placement, and overall assembly.
• Troubleshoot and rectify any soldering or assembly issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational requirement: 10th or 12th standard education.
• Diploma in Electronics or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in manual soldering and PCB assembly is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, circuitry, and soldering techniques.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent handeye coordination and fine motor skills.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of INR 10, ,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and skills in manual soldering and PCB assembly.
