Ensure implementation of standards related to Quality Management system and monitoring the functioning of the standards.

To conduct Induction orientation for new staff & regular training of the staff based on NABH guidelines.
To carry out facility inspection rounds and identifying safety risks areas, documenting and taking corrective and preventive measures in coordination with administration.
To carry out the internal audits, documenting obersvations and taking corrective and preventive measures.
To monitor the departmental Quality Indicators & taking CAPA.
