    Description


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Appian Lead Developer with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate must hold an Appian Associate Developer/L1 certification and possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in Appian Design, develop, and implement Appian applications to meet business requirements.


    • Lead and mentor junior developers in the team.
    • Design process models and implement Appian solutions based on best practices.
    • Utilize Appian concepts such as activities, events, gateways, smart services, and integration services.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Sail Components and Appian Functions.
    • Manage groups, users, and access controls within the Appian environment.
    • Develop records with filters and multiple views.
    • Create process reports and tempo reports as per business requirements.
    • Design and develop sites with multiple types of pages to enhance user experience.
    • Implement integrations and custom plugin creations as needed.
    • Perform basic database operations including select queries, CRUD operations, view creation, and stored Appian Certification (L1 & L2) is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 45 years of Appian development experience.
    • Strong understanding of process modeling concepts.
    • Proficiency in Appian components such as Sail Components and Functions.
    • Experience in managing groups, users, and access controls.
    • Knowledge of records creation with filters and multiple views.
    • Familiarity with process reports, tempo reports, and site creation.
    • Experience in integration and custom plugin creation is preferred.
    • Basic database knowledge including select queries, CRUD operations, view creation, and stored procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Appian Senior Developer/L2 certification is preferred.
    • Early joiners are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.)
