CBS - MKT - BD & CE Leadership:
Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth.

Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues.

We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines:
Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).


By following EY methodologies, executing on guidance, and leveraging tools and judicious programs, we bring the necessary rigor to our engagements.

And by accessing our latest EY insights, solutions and client conversation tools, we have more meaningful conversations with our clients to help shape their thinking and generate additional value creation.

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations


Key responsibilities includes:

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
  • Conceptualising and implementing firmwide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
  • Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
  • Preparing GTM materials for the firm
  • Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • To take responsibility of the business development/pursuit process and generate Revenue month on month from the accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Partner throughout the Client and Engagement Life Cycle.
  • Conduct the following client facing activities:
  • Negotiate and participate in pricing strategy
  • Conduct the following internal activities:
  • Conduct account team meetings and track progress on specific accounts and provide coaching to client coordinators
  • Hunt for new accounts, work with business operations to oversee the development of proposals and touchpoint campaigns
  • Identifies opportunities and takes actions to build strategic relationships with internal & external stakeholders to help achieve business & service line goals
  • This is an individual contributor role. Although he/she generally does not have direct responsibility for supervising department personnel, this person must have strong influencing skills to work with technical partners and operations staff in order to get the right resources to serve the client.
  • Must be able to make decisions, such as prioritizing relationships to develop and negotiate with clients (external and internal) to overcome obstacles with mínimal supervision/input from BD Leader.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification
Graqd or post grad with a Business management qualification from a reputed Business School


Experience
More than 15 years and demonstrated success in Key Account Management
