Project Overview:


Role Overview**:


  • Assist with manual process and documenting the current state to document stakeholders with the future state of project needs
  • Business, technology and financial feasibility assessment of product/project opportunities
  • Documentation of business requirements using a range of elicitation techniques
  • Ensure all Business requests are well documented/detailed and responded/approved in a timely manner.
  • Work with SMEs and IT to ensure successful handover of requirements
  • Experience in test planning and execution, reviewing Test scenarios, and framework
  • Traceability of requirements from scope / requirements through to testing and implementation
  • Selfmanaging tasks, effort, issues and risks throughout the project.
  • Determine IT business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical projects

  • Detail oriented, but understands broader impacts of requests.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities as necessary.

Tasks & responsibilities:


  • Document processes for future consumption/consideration in DPAD format
  • Provide meeting notes/minutes for action/tracking purposes
  • Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc.
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to identify and define high level and detailed technical/business/functional requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in facilitating discussions with all levels and functional areas of the organization.
  • Prepare gap and impact analysis documentation if needed.
  • Provide guidance to project team regarding technical and functional requirements.
  • Partner with testing resources to identify testing requirements.
  • Ensure and validate that delivered functionality meets the business objectives.
  • Serve as the SME for User Acceptance Testing efforts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to utilize current or innovative technical solutions to improve business processes and/or products that provide additional revenue, cost savings or efficiency gains.
