Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team.

This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a background in the hospitality industry or completion of a Hotel Management course.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling our hotel's products and services to potential clients, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong customer relationships.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and achieve sales targets.

Identify and prospect potential clients, including corporate companies, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track market trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.

Present and promote the hotel's features, facilities, and services to clients, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and effective sales campaigns.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and conditions as required.

Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to generate leads and build industry connections.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software or other designated tools.

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

0-1 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
