Overview:


As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments within the organization.


Responsibilities:

Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in managing their day-to-day activities, including preparing sales documents, presentations, and proposals.

Order Processing: Handle order processing, including entering orders into the system accurately, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, pricing, and availability. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of inventory. Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies.

Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and opportunities.

Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to coordinate sales-related activities and ensure alignment across the organization.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
