Job description


As a PPC/SEM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click and search engine marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads and conversions for the company's products or services.

You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) from online advertising efforts.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:

Plan, implement and monitor PPC/SEM campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media, Native advertising and other relevant networks.


Keyword Research:
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for ad targeting and optimization.

Ad Copy and Creative Development:
Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design team to create engaging ad visuals.

Landing Page Optimization:
Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.

Budget Management:
Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet the company's financial objectives.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.

A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and identify the most effective ad variations.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Suggest and implement strategies to improve the overall conversion rate of campaigns.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest PPC/SEM trends, best practices and algorithm updates to stay ahead of the competition.

Competitive Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


Requirements:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
Previous experience in managing PPC/SEM campaigns, ideally within a similar industry or role.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with Tools:
Proficiency in using PPC/SEM tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, etc.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and reports to team members and stakeholders.

Creativity:
Ability to craft engaging ad copies and come up with innovative ideas for ad creatives.

Problem-Solving:
A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting campaign performance issues.

Time Management:
Effective time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Certifications:
Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus, though not always mandatory.


Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:
