Description

• Handle and manage calls from UAE users in line with IT SD policies and procedures.
• Providing support to senior IT Managers in UAE in terms of project support and assigned activities as/when required (e.g. user desktop support in setting up GUI, network connectivity etc.)
• Participate in activities involving the operational requirements, research technology solutions, and help build the most costeffective and efficient system.
• Assist/coordinate in disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
• Provide secure access to the network for local and remote users; Secure data from internal, external threats & attack
