JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES/MARKETING PROFILE IM FMCG INDUSTRY

  • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone.
  • Making appointments with and meeting new customers.
  • Achieving the sales targets.
  • Promoting new products details.
  • Advising customers about delivery schedule and after sales service.
  • Recording orders and sending details to the Marketing Office.
  • Providing feedback on the sales trends.
  • Possession of excellent sales, communication, confidence, and negotiation skills.
  • Should possess the ability to develop in depth knowledge about the products and the markets.
10 Should possess in depth ability in reviewing sales & performances as well as negotiating contracts and packages.

11 Engage in superior customer service by making information available.

12 Persistence in sales even in the face of failure.

13 Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by the clients and the management.

14 Scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.

15 Answering queries from the Clients/Customers as and when required.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate with specialization in Marketing will be added advantage.

Job Experiences:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years exposure in FMCG Marketing.

Salary:

  • Rs.15,000/
  • to Rs.20,000/
  • per month.
