Description

Manage and support on-prem infrastructure including network devices, servers on configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.

Managing and troubleshooting cloud environments
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Setting up and configuring new laptops desktops, Printers, servers, and routers,
Installing authorized software in laptops and desktops.
Supporting OSX (Mac OS), Linux OS, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems
Managing and troubleshooting Office 365 and other cloudbased systems.
IT Assets maintenance
Coordinate with Thirdparty vendors
Resolve difficult system problems and provide user consultation or training.
Configure, implement, and maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Collaborating with the team on future direction and opportunities for new technology.

0 to 1 years of experience in IT Support

Good Knowledge in Windows, Linux and OSX server and desktop environments
Good Knowledge in managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
Good knowledge in managing firewall, switches and routers
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Any professional program certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure) is preferred
Must have good communication skills
Suitable Bachelor's degree
