Office Coordinator
Salary: 15000 to 25000
Location:
Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Coordinating office activities
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure the performance
- Managing agendas/ travel arrangements/ appointments etc. for the upper management
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good Communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
