Designation:

  • Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling Inbound domestic calls 20 per day with followups
  • Go through the tour plan, explain to customers.
  • Answer Inquiries related to the tour packages.
  • Attract and closes the sales.
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
  • Maintain client's data in Excel.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Should come with a positive attitude, confident, and be oriented.
  • Capable of handling customer calls and explaining them briefly.
  • Aware little about India geographical map.
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
