Description

Education A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related

field is preferred. Additionally, certifications in SAP HCM and other

relevant technologies are a plus.

Experience/Qualifications 1. Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM experience, having

implementation experience in Time Management,

Organizational Management, Personnel Administration,

Training and Event Management

• Experience in configuration, enhancements, and support of

SAP HCM, preferably ECC 6.0

• Knowledge of the integration of SAP HCM with other SAP

modules.

• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices and ability to

map them to SAP solutions

• Previous experience within support, continuous

improvement/business analysis projects

• Self-starter, able to work mínimal supervision, takes

responsibility, works under pressure, show initiative, and

have good problem solving and communication skills.

Industry Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking

organization

provide guidance to the project team.

• Design and implement solutions for various HR processes

such as Time management, Organisation Management,

Employee Self Services, PMS and recruitment using SAP

software.

• Ensure the solutions align with the Banks's business

requirements and meet the required functional and technical

specifications.

• Collaborate with other teams such as functional, technical,

and testing teams to ensure the solutions are delivered on

time and within budget.

• Work with various SMEs to perform reviews and/or Root

Cause Analysis on production systems failures, formulate

corrective action plans, ensure corrective actions are

implemented and track their effectiveness.

• Provide training and support to the Bank's HR team to ensure

the solutions are adopted and used effectively.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HCM

solutions and share knowledge with the team.

• Lead the implementation of SAP HCM solutions and act as a

mentor to junior team members.


Salary:
Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
