Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers to present the services and explain their features and benefits.
- Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address any concerns or objections and provide accurate information to potential buyers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization. This may involve managing a certain number of calls per day, achieving a specific conversion rate, or meeting revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on discussions, objections, and outcomes.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer concerns, objections, and market trends.
Requirements:

Minimum 1yr experience in outbound telesales is a must
:

Benefits:

Compensation:
20-30k per month fixed plus incentive on each sale.
- Day shift, fixed hours, and no overtime.
NOTE:
Being
multilingual is an added bonus.
Pay:
₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
