  • Establishing pricing for products based on market conditions and competitor pricing
  • Creating a budget for a campaign and maintaining records of expenses and revenues
  • Engaging in postsale activities such as followup communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
  • Providing information about products and services to customers over the phone or in person
