Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and support to endusers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and networks.
Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely resolution of ITrelated problems.

Network Administration:

Assist in monitoring network performance and security, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities.
Participate in network infrastructure planning, implementation, and optimization activities.
Support the administration of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Systems Administration:

Perform routine system backups and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Support Active Directory management, user account provisioning, and access control.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain an organized knowledge base.
Prepare regular reports on IT activities, highlighting key metrics, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

Project Assistance:

Support IT projects by assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks and milestones.
Collaborate with project teams to contribute ideas, insights, and solutions to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong interest in IT systems, networks, and technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Salary:
₹3, ₹25,000.00 per month
