LIQVD ASIA is looking for a enthusiastic individual to join our award winning digital agency in the Human Resources Department who will work with the core team.

The role plays a key part in driving forward the agenda of preparing a team for the future under the strong leadership of our promoters.

You will work closely with all the teams & practice leads by helping them build an effective & motivated team.

Position Summary

  • The HR Executive is responsible for an extremely broad range of daytoday HR activities. This position will provide support the employee populations across LA offices, especially the Gurgaon office. Key focus areas would include Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Development and Talent Management.

MUST HAVES

  • Relevant experience (1+ years) in a HR exec role, particularly in a web/digital agency environment
  • Should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in managing day to day duties of an HR without real supervision
  • Must have significant experience using the likes of LinkedIn etc to move to a social hiring

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Employee relations:
  • Build valueadded relationships with agency leadership and the employee population; serve as an employee advocate; encourage alignment of employee interest and the goals of the business and the nurturing of company culture.
  • Provide HR counseling to employees and managers for all facets of HR, including, but not limited to:Issue and conflict resolution, All employee relations & performance management issues, Policy interpretation and compliance
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability working in the Human Resources function within a fast moving, multifaceted organization
  • Proven experience in handling of employee relations issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels of management and personnel
  • Adept at influencing, negotiating and partnering with a diverse group of people in a cross functional environment
  • Able to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, management, or members of the business community and ensure immediate response and resolution to such issues
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to senior management
  • Ability to nurture and encourage a team oriented environment; strong emphasis on team building through training, coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts
  • Previous experience/ exposure to HR
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
