Description
Account Executive

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
  • End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Handling social media handles of the clients
  • Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders involved to ensure successful execution and the delivery of all elements as per the client's brief and in most cases exceeding the briefs.
  • Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services
  • Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience of 2+ years in client servicing
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and team management skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Understands the digital ecosystem well and is able to give solutions to clients addressing their business or marketing/communications challenges

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
