Description
We are hiring an experienced professional to join us as Placement Co-ordinator for our CSR projects held across NashikResponsibilities:
- Act as liaison between the students & potential employers to ensure the students are successfully placed in nearby companies/industries/firms etc
- To proactively contact & collaborate with various employers, companies, and agencies
- Conduct training programs for participants to help them enhance their resume & develop their interview skills & soft skills as per requirements
- Hel mobilize participants & motivate them to take up job opportunity post their training
- Travell across nearby regions to find & tieup with various employers/companies to place all the trained participants
- Providing reports & proper database of placed & ongoing placement participants details to reporting head
- Fostering relationships with local placement providers, negotiating terms of placement with providers
Experience/Requirements:
- Willingness & ability to travel within Nashik region
- Proven work experience as Placement Officer
Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
