Description
We are looking for an organized admin personnel to support our real estate team.
This will be a contractual job and include a hybrid model, in which one will require to visit an office or site depending upon work requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management
- Visiting different vendors in relation to business requirement
- Site Visits
- Visiting different work sites
- Having knowledge of local market and sourcing of construction related supplies
- Managing database both internal & external clients over MS-Excel
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Graduation & Above
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Type:
Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12-28 months
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- relevant real estate industry: 1 year (required)
