Description
We are looking for an organized admin personnel to support our real estate team.


This will be a contractual job and include a hybrid model, in which one will require to visit an office or site depending upon work requirements.

Responsibilities:


  • Vendor Management
  • Visiting different vendors in relation to business requirement


  • Site Visits

  • Visiting different work sites
  • Having knowledge of local market and sourcing of construction related supplies
  • Managing database both internal & external clients over MS-Excel
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Graduation & Above
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Job Type:
Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12-28 months


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- relevant real estate industry: 1 year (required)
