Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to create compelling presentations for recruitment purposes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Report and learn from data and KPI's to suggest improvements of user experiences and enhance our talent acquisition processes and policies
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 46 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with managing projects in Recruitment or HR domain.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including late evenings if required.
