Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to create compelling presentations for recruitment purposes and identify opportunities for automation.
Report and learn from data and KPI's to suggest improvements of user experiences and enhance our talent acquisition processes and policies
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
46 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with managing projects in Recruitment or HR domain.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including late evenings if required.
