We are a 15+ yrs old Packaged drinking water manufacturing company and our factory is near fun mall. We are Planning to build the business Pan India. its Kind of a dual rolelab technicain cum Factory incharge.

Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decisionmakers.
Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
Sound knowledge of industryspecific factory equipment.
The ability to multitask.
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures.
Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment
Excellent physical condition and endurance
Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
