Office Admin
Location:
North Delhi, Business Center
Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Support activities, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
Manage office inventory and procurement of the gadgets.
Organize team events
Provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an admin executive position ,Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners),Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
