- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs and attract diverse talent.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive process efficiencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry associations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and incorporate innovative approaches into recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
