We are looking for
Domain Expert & Trainer: Results Based Climate / Carbon Finance (RBC/CF)

Key Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering RBC/CF training materials and workshops for government staff and other stakeholders in developing countries;
  • Up to date knowledge of Article 6 and carbon markets, including recent trends and developments as relevant to policies, strategies and operations in developing countries;
  • Experience and skills in training facilitation for diverse audiences, including both online and virtual, with specific focus on developing country governments and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with the procedures of the World Bank Group and other multilateral development banks and regional institutions;
  • Excellent training/workshop facilitation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with proficiency in Spanish and French preferable;
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail, ability to complete tasks, meet deadlines and work cooperatively with team members;
  • Strong teamwork, collaborative and relationshipbuilding skills in a multicultural setting;
  • Access to a network of incountry/local training consultants to support specific pilot training deliveries preferred.
