Experience of managing employee life cycle activities like remuneration/payroll administration, Mobility, Workforce administration, case management, helpdesk, etc.

  • System data entry experience (Workday, Salesforce (good to have); SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.)
  • Experience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look up.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Handle complex problems raised by client and provide solution.
  • Handle the client communication and client Reporting.
  • Excellent job organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to details and very good analytical skills.

Primary Skills:


  • Good communication skills.

Secondary Skills:


  • Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave & absence requests.
  • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
