Description
Experience of managing employee life cycle activities like remuneration/payroll administration, Mobility, Workforce administration, case management, helpdesk, etc.- System data entry experience (Workday, Salesforce (good to have); SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.)
- Experience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look up.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Handle complex problems raised by client and provide solution.
- Handle the client communication and client Reporting.
- Excellent job organization and time management skills.
- Attention to details and very good analytical skills.
Primary Skills:
- Good communication skills.
Secondary Skills:
- Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave & absence requests.
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
