Job Roles & Responsibilities:

To enhance the operational efficiency of Mechanical services and minimize unscheduled downtime of Mechanical Crusher & Stacker Section
Implementing & overseeing effective execution of IMS and other systems for overall enhancements in productivity and fostering a safe work environment
Timely identification and resolution of operation-related issues
Building and maintaining a conducive work culture within the section to boost productivity by engaging employees in growth opportunities and motivating them to adopt new technologies and innovative practices
Planning, organizing, and coordinating the implementation of Field Operation & maintenance activities in Crusher & Stacker to ensure optimal plant availability at a reasonable cost to meet production goals
Providing suggestions to the department for enhancements, modifications, and energy-saving initiatives
Ensuring adherence to all safety standards, preventing fatalities/incidents, conducting daily toolbox talks, and sharing notices before assigning work
Enhancing the shift operation Mechanical section in WCM, participating in 5S & GRT initiatives to achieve recognition
Efficient usage of SAP for recording observations and contributing effectively to plant shutdowns and breakdowns

Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills:

Thorough knowledge of Maintenance of equipment including LS crusher / wobbler feeder / apron conveyor and Stacker (circular and liner)
Proficiency in Maintenance of material handling equipment such as Apron/wobbler/ RBC /Screw conveyors & RALS
Budgeting & Spare planning for Mechanical maintenance
Shutdown planning & execution
Adherence to Safety, ISO, WCM Standards
Strong managerial skills, learning agility, Customer Focus, and communication skills

Professional Experience Description:

The primary responsibility of the Job holder involves leading the Crusher & Stacker Mechanical team in resolving Mechanical & technical issues
Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and verification before inspection
Assistance in developing annual and multiyear plans, insertion into SAP, and ensuring adherence to planned costs and timelines

Qualification:
Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
