Admission Counselor is needed for our Hotel Management Institute in Greater Noida - U.P and Corporate Office at Connaught Place, New Delhi.


Roles & responsibilities:


  • Conversion from
    leads to admissions,
  • Extensive followup activities,
  • Understanding the education model and pitching it after understanding parent's needs,
  • Interviewing prospective students,
  • Determining admission decisions and assisting with oncampus/offcampus admission events.

Admission process:


  • Responsible to handle all queries related to admissions and is able to convert queries into admissions proactively,
  • To manage end to end admission process with parents right from guiding them about the college and overall process,
  • Responsible to handle the admission help desk by answering all phone calls / addressing walkins etc.
  • Required to give personal attention and time to each parent by providing the best information and guidance about the college
  • Knowledge of CRM are added advantage.

Salary:
₹144, ₹180,000.00 per year

Experience:
