Description

• Proactively engage with the team to assist them with stacking
• Initiate discussions to introduce our company to prospective clients, understand construction real estate assets, set up meeting with key decisionmakers
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Engage in calls, meetings, site visits, followup, and timely submission of company proposals internally
• Articulate reports as per internal team requirements
• Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant properties in the industry
• Work alongside team lead to gain knowledge on Bangalore real estate.

• Knowledge of Bangalore geography or ability to grasp
• Open to travel within the city
• Team player
• Good communication skills written and spoken (English)
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge required.
• Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, wellorganized, highly dependable, and efficient, and detailoriented.
