Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with the team to assist them with stacking
- Initiate discussions to introduce our company to prospective clients, understand construction real estate assets, set up meeting with key decisionmakers
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Engage in calls, meetings, site visits, followup, and timely submission of company proposals internally
- Articulate reports as per internal team requirements
- Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant properties in the industry
- Work alongside team lead to gain knowledge on Bangalore real estate.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Bangalore geography or ability to grasp
- Open to travel within the city
- Team player
- Good communication skills written and spoken (English)
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge required.
- Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, wellorganized, highly dependable, and efficient, and detailoriented.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
