Job Description:


As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of the company's products or services. The Sales Executive will report to the Sales Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Continuous visits to retail counters and drive sales.
  • Developing Supplier teams to divide your sales target and achieve the target easily.
  • Visiting the wholesale counter and asking about their requirements.
  • Marketing the product in various shops by pamphlets, stickers, and other activities.

Stay updated on industry trends:
Continuously educate yourself about the industry landscape, market trends, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Achieve sales targets:
Set and achieve sales goals, including revenue targets, customer acquisition, and market penetration. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Provide excellent customer service:

Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of responsiveness throughout the sales process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • From FMCG sales Background
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [2] years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the relevant field (preferred but not required)

Salary:

Salary Ranges From 10000 to 15000
