Key Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Analyze data and feedback to identify key user insights and incorporate them into design decisions.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to refine the user interface and user experience.

Visual Design:

Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements, including icons, graphics, and layouts.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.

Interaction Design:

Design interactive elements and microinteractions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.

Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make datadriven design decisions.
Continuously monitor user feedback and make iterative design improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary:
₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
