    We are looking for Oracle HCM fusion.

    • Implementation Consultants who has prior experience in handling atleast 23 end to end implementations.


    Looking for an experienced HCM consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/ technology family.

    Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

    • Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

    As a HCM Consultant you will :
    .

    • Preconfig HCM application (Core HR, Absence, Payroll) with standard setups.
    • Innovate and continuously improvise preconfiguration solutions and methods.
    • Maintain and enhance preconfigured solutions to align with Fusion Releases by developing expertise on new features.

    We also look for :
    .

    • 5+ years of overall experience with HCM Applications with recent 5+ years of Consulting Experience of implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion Apps and at least 3 endtoend implementation engagements.
    • Good understanding of HCM Business Processes and industry best practices.
    • Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration impact on other modules and other applications.

    Qualifications :
    .

    • 515 years of experience relevant to this position including 34 years consulting experience preferred.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
    • Broad product, technology or industry expertise.
    • Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.
    • Indepth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.
    • Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
